Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you book a tour with Rome with Silvia. Accepting them at checkout is required before payment.

Booking and payment
Completing checkout places a temporary hold on your seats. The booking is confirmed only once the payment provider confirms your payment, at which point we email your confirmation and a private booking link. If payment is not confirmed within the hold window, the seats are released.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown per traveller in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes stated there. The amount confirmed at checkout is the amount charged.
Cancellations and refunds
Each tour option states its own cancellation and refund policy, shown in the booking summary before you pay. That policy governs your booking.
Changes or cancellation by us
Weather, access restrictions at monuments, and guide availability can force a change of time, route, or guide, or a cancellation. We contact you on the details you gave at checkout and set out your options.
Your responsibilities
Traveller names and dates of birth must be accurate, because age-based pricing and site entry rules depend on them. Arrive at the stated meeting point on time and bring any identification required for the sites visited.
Accessibility and health
Tell us about mobility needs, medical conditions, or dietary requirements in the notes field at checkout or by contacting us, so we can confirm whether the tour suits you.
Liability
The extent of our liability, and the exclusions that apply, will be stated here in the reviewed text.
Complaints and governing law
How to raise a complaint, the timescale for our response, and the law and jurisdiction that govern these terms will be stated here in the reviewed text.
